The Central Square in Orsha is crowded – the International Universal Fair “Arshanski Karavai” is taking place here. It has gathered more than 30 participants from Minsk, Vitebsk, Mogilev, Bobruisk, Gomel, Smolensk, Bryansk and other cities of Belarus and Russia.

– The Arshanski Karavai Fair has become traditional for our region, – the first deputy chairman of the Orsha District Executive Committee Sergey Pats addressed the guests of the event during the grand opening ceremony. – It is known and loved not only by the residents of our district, but also by the neighboring regions. It is gratifying that the geography of the participants is expanding every year.
The fair presents a wide selection of food products, clothing, footwear, textile and woolen products, perfumes, cosmetics and jewelry, souvenirs, works of craftsmen and artisans, confectionery, seedlings, etc. You can buy goods at reduced prices.
There are many people near the pavilion of the Pchalyar Polachchyny peasant farm. In addition to honey in combs and jars, other beekeeping products and souvenir sets are also beautifully presented here.
– We have been coming to Orsha for various exhibitions and fairs for several years. And the goods are always in great demand, – says farmer Alla. - Our apiaries are 300 houses that are located in ecologically clean places of the Miory region. We also have our own production of hives.
From September 24 to 28, the shopping arcades will be replenished with fresh and frozen fish, cold and hot smoked fish products, canned fish products.
